Shipping practices and delivery policy
Once donations are received, consumers receive an email confirming their donation.
Customer service policies
Emails confirming donations will be sent within 24hours of registration and allocation of lotto numbers will be emailed within 24hours prior to the lotto draw. All donations and allocation of lotto numbers will be filled the week of receipt, otherwise, the following week and donators to be notified within 48hours.
